Sleep affects every other aspect of health and well-being. Learn how sleep works, breakdown sleep myths, and find out how to make sleep work for you.

Stress Management

We’re working to breakdown barriers to success. Stress can be disruptive to your life and we want to help. Learn ways to work through stressful situations and cope better.

The Break Room is a space for students to take a break and engage in mindfulness activities throughout the day. Feel free to drop in to the Center for Student Wellbeing and check it out. We are located at AMUC 237.
