Purpose

The Well is a space for students to take a break and engage in mindfulness activities throughout the day. The Well maintains both open times as well as scheduled Moments of Mindfulness activities. Feel free to drop-in and check it out.

Hours of Operation

Check out our Moments of Mindfulness schedule for times that the Well has weekly programming (link to current programming flyers)

Mindfulness is being able to feel present in the moment with increased awareness and without judgement.

Our Moments of Mindfulness series aims to bring events to you! We will post the schedule of events when events are scheduled for the Fall 2020 semester.
